Hanna was exceptional. He took great care of us throughout the entire process and made sure our car was repaired to such a high standard that it feels practically brand new. I highly recommend him, especially if you drive a Mercedes-Benz. This shop is Mercedes-Benz certified, so you can have confidence that all sensors and safety systems are properly inspected, calibrated, and functioning as they should.

The staff is very responsive and professional. The fixed a manufacturer problem in record time. Communication is also great, shop and customer area is very clean. This should be a top spot for insurance refferals and direct customer work.

Did an online assessment for a bumper repair, was super fast and Adrian followed up with phone call to clarify my questions. Drop off and pickup was super smooth, car was ready as said. Fix had car looking great again. Would come back.

After someone merged into my lane and completely damaged the passenger side of my 2023 Supra, my car was left non-drivable and I was honestly really stressed about the whole situation. I didn’t know who to trust with the car or how the insurance process was going to work, but I decided to take my car to GSI Auto and I’m really glad I did.

I had a really positive experience despite a difficult situation after my recent accident. My car ended up being a write-off, but John and Adrian were incredibly supportive throughout the process. They took the time to guide me on how to handle conversations with the insurance company and made everything much less stressful.

My husband and I are ecstatic about the service and quality of repair on our SUV, thanks to the amazing team at GSI. The rear hatch on my SUV has been rusting for some time (due to rear collisions). We finally took it in to GSI to have them remove the rust and repair the hatch. Well, let me just say I didn't think my car could look so spectacular! It's almost a 10 year old car and it looks better than the day we bought it!!! We are absolutely blown away and also amazed with how quickly they completed this body work! Thank you GSI. Honest, trust worthy, and they offer quality work in their state of art facility. I have had my Tesla repaired there after an accident and I was so pleased with the customer service.

I’m very selective in everything I do and I care a lot about service quality. When a snow removal truck hit my brand-new Toyota SUV in front of my house, I was extremely upset. I contacted my insurance company and asked for the repair to be handled as soon as possible.

After doing quite a bit of research, I found GSI, an authorized service center that works with Toyota. My insurance company tried to direct me to one of their preferred shops, but I knew that insurance companies usually aim for the minimum labor and time required just to make the vehicle functional again. After all, it’s business for them. I declined their suggestion and insisted on working with GSI. GSI already stood behind their work and offered a guarantee for the repairs.

I spoke with Adrian on the phone, and from the very first moment he gave me confidence. Honestly, I wasn’t even this happy when I first picked up my car from the dealership. He turned a bad experience into a positive one with his professionalism and friendly approach.

Throughout the entire process, he kept me updated step by step, both by phone and email, even sending photos of the progress. When I picked up my vehicle, I told him something that I also want to write here:

“The quality of service you provide is far beyond the standards we usually see in Canada. Both insurance companies and many other businesses could learn a lot from Adrian’s work management and customer relations.”

In fact, I’ll be bringing my Range Rover to him very soon for polish as well. As you know, finding a trustworthy shop is not easy.
