This was my first time having my Tesla Model 3 repaired and going through the insurance process, and John and Adrian were incredibly supportive throughout the entire experience. They took the time to guide me through the process and even helped me understand how to communicate and deal with the insurance company. They genuinely went above and beyond my expectations and have definitely gained a new loyal customer.

A couple of months later, I noticed an issue with my Tesla’s window—it was rolling up higher than it should when the door opened. I called John and the team, and they took care of the issue promptly at no extra charge! That level of customer care really says a lot about how much they value their customers.

Outstanding work and a stress-free experience!
I brought my 2009 Honda CR-V in for collision repair after a front-end collision. From the first estimate to pickup, the team at GSI AUTO CENTRE INC. was professional, clear, and efficient.
John walked me through the damage, explained the repair process, and kept me updated at every step. The timeline they gave was realistic, and they stuck to it. They also coordinated the rental vehicle for me with no stress at all!
When I picked up the car, the paint match was flawless, the panels lined up perfectly, and they even returned it cleaner than when it arrived.
Pricing was fair and transparent—no surprise charges, and the final invoice matched the estimate. If you need body work done right without the hassle, I highly recommend GSI AUTO CENTRE INC. I’ll definitely be back for any future needs.
Thanks again, guys!

Very positive experience with GSI Auto for my recent repair, this is an unsolicited review and they totally deserve a 5 star. No wonder Oakville Toyota has partnered with this shop. John was quite accommodating and responsive. Hope to see them keep the business the same way for years!

After someone merged into my lane and completely damaged the passenger side of my 2023 Supra, my car was left non-drivable and I was honestly really stressed about the whole situation. I didn’t know who to trust with the car or how the insurance process was going to work, but I decided to take my car to GSI Auto and I’m really glad I did.
